Great staff! Especially night shift in the restaurant. Everyone was super friendly for the most part. Our room was cleaned every day and it was always left amazing. Beach area and some of the artistic structures need repairs, but overall loved the unique look.

A very very refreshing atmosphere when you arrive they welcome you by playing the welcome bell, the people are very attentive, the pool and the roof have a spectacular view, the last day before finishing our vacation we recommend the place

The staff were nice and accommodating. We only stood for one night so it got the job done. It’s a 15 min car ride to downtown Cancun where all the bars are at. The hotel is very secluded and quiet.
